Lawyers are predominately paid by the hour. They want you to PAY for COMMON KNOWLEDGE INFORMATION that exists within their industry while they can try to create conflict within your divorce. The scary part… only one of the two parties involved needs to “take the bait” and the other is forced to defend him/herself. Judges are lawyers elected into their respective position. Lawyers make donations into election / re-election funds of Judges. Are you aware that a Judge can continuously rule in favor of a firm and then get hired by that firm after they leave the bench? How much of this scenario defines “Justice” to you? Time=Money. Your money. The Family Court is a multi-BILLION dollar industry which goes unaudited and for the most part, unchecked.
Missouri needs to proactively define it’s position for the Family Court, through law, regarding the complete protection and support of equal rights regarding the parent-child relationship before, during and after all divorce proceedings and modifications. Doing so, puts all parties “on notice” that the court will not tolerate anything but an amicable and fair solution if the case goes to trial, based on custody time requested by each party (except where certain custody restrictions are already in place due to statute).
Creation of the “Fair Parent Initiative” requiring the courts to take a proactive stance to uphold the parent-child relationship with each parent through respective custody time. This includes requiring all parties involved (Spouses, Lawyers and the Judge) to sign a document explaining Missouri’s position and protection of the parent-child relationship. The document would also inform the parties of the commonly referred to “Ziegenthaler custody plan” (every other weekend, one night a week, plus holidays and vacation… etc).

This Father’s Day, and every day, all across America, there are children who are being denied access to their fathers, and most of these fathers were in their children’s lives prior.
People must awaken to the truth and the horrors of family law and see how it’s the other parent and the family courts that have bankrupted and broken them down.
Changes must be made to these systems so the court-induced parental alienation immediately ceases from them doing more harm to our children.
How is it in the best interests of our children that their fathers’ driver licenses are suspended, and they are eventually thrown in jail for inability to pay?
Here are fathers who are already broke, bankrupted, and brokenhearted and now without any ability to pay, they order him to pay or go to jail.
Where is someone supposed to come up with that kind of money when they’ve lost everything? Tell me, people. How is this in the best interests of our kids? (Yes, I am not disputing that there are some parents who don’t deserve to be parents — moms and dads.)
But most often, these are loving, “fit” fathers who have been engineered by a system designed to break them down in every way, until all they can do is run.
They are hopeless and the cycle then goes on! What happens to them when they run? They become despondent and commit suicide, like Chris Mackney, or get shot at, like Walter Scott!
Does it make sense to suspend a parent’s drivers license so now they can’t work, can’t get money to pay?
Does it make sense to throw a parent in jail because of an inability to pay, so that while he’s locked up his arrears get worse?
Judges merely redirect the dysfunction of one parent as a means to achieve an equitable settlement without regard for children. Prospective lawyers to become judges practice under a code of ethics where they are only allowed to have regard their clients and not the children. A prospect practices under these rules of engagement for 20-30m years before a simple letter of appointment to the bench. They can in no way be expected to have regard for children after this indoctrination. The code of ethics for those lawyers practicing family law needs to change before anything gets better for children. Just know the enemy of your children are the lawyers and judges themselves. https://youtu.be/gYwrJHxfWgQ?list=PLED6CE6FEA630E99E
That’s difficult — but the Feb. 15 edition of The Florida Bar News attempts to do just that in their article…
Access Commission learns how the system is broken”
Look no further than the story of Miami’s Maria Garcia, said Commission member and Third DCA Clerk of CourtMary Cay Blanks during a recent January Commission meeting. Garcia was fired from her job of 15 years, denied benefits and didn’t know where to turn. When she visited Blanks’ office to file an appeal, the attendant simply handed her forms and wasn’t permitted — by law — to give her any legal advice. Unable to afford a lawyer, Ms. Garcia left feeling frustrated and unsure of what step to take next, as if the system had failed her. That has to change, said Blanks.
“The challenge we face in my office is being able to assist them in a meaningful way without crossing that line of giving out too much information and worrying about the unauthorized practice of law,” Blanks told the Commission. “So we err on the side of giving less information because we don’t want to cross that line. The perception is that we’re unhelpful; it causes a lot of people leaving the office disgruntled, and feeling like they are not getting their day in court, or we’re not going to help them get their day in court.”
Fathers have become undervalued, family structure has become disposable, children suffer without both parents but so often father is left out, seen as nonessential. Let’s correct this by bringing attention to it! With so many children lacking trusted guardians, we encourage and celebrate any parent willing and able to stand up as an example of unconditional love for their child. We believe children have a right to a meaningful, loving relationship with both their parents.
Similar to Actor Jason Patric‘s Stand Up For Gus cause; Stand Up For Zoraya is the story and cause of a hardworking father who put his best foot forward to establish child support, shared parental responsibility, normal and reasonable time-sharing with his daughter.
Learn how this Family Court System is injuring this father and child. Zoraya and David Inguanzo, an Alienated Child and Targeted Parent are desperately trying to maintain a meaningful relationship despite unjust court intervention and vexatious and malicious family law litigation by opposing party.
Since January of 2009, we’re happy to populate the Internet with information that is helpful, supportive, and conducive to fostering father-child relationships, reducing or eliminating Parental Alienation, for the betterment of our children’s psychological and emotional health, and for the future health of our families and societies.
In addition, Stand Up For Zoraya hopes to shed light on and reform an antiquated loopholes in our Legal Adversarial system in Family Law that degrades a father’s role.
Florida 11th Judicial Circuit Chief Judge Soto – At the time of starting this petition, I have not seen my 8 year old daughter since January 24th, 2015. I have been unable to even speak on the phone with my daughter. I have research many other father’s experiences and it this is a GLOBAL issue. …See More
