In Support of Dads Battling Family Courts

Time to stop absolute discretion and immunity for Family Court Judges. They operate above the very laws they seek to enforce. They sit in judgement of families with no checks and balances. This legal loophole has been used as a means by corrupt Judges and Attorneys. No one should be beyond the laws that all other citizens of the society live by.

Whatever the court setting, whether it is regarding divorce, child custody, parental support, probate matters, personal injury, property disputes, legal or medical malpractice, criminal charges, or other deeply personal issues, the frauds put forth in our courts add greatly to the trauma. When litigants are unable to get fair resolution to their issues, when the court dysfunction further adds to the litigant’s burden, when no amount of actual case law compels an equitable outcome, litigants suffer often disabling levels of stress. When further attempts to achieve redress fail, litigants display the hallmark signs of Legal Abuse Syndrome (LAS). *The concept of Legal Abuse Syndrome was brought to the attention of this writer by investigative journalist Michael Volpe, who’s completing a book on the life and suicide of ones of its victims. The book’s pre-publication title is Bullied to Death: The Chris Mackney Story. (Dr. Huffer, incidentally, invites reports of cases like this one on her website’s Contact page.)

“Pray like monks” says that when the US Supreme Court justices conference on October 16, the $355 million class action, federal family civil rights lawsuit v. (Judge) David Knutson, et al goes forward – a case for all families whose civil rights have been violated by Judges who claim immunity.

Parental Alienation deprives children of their right to be loved by and showing love for both of their parents!!

If a father withholds the access of a mother to her children, he can be arrested and charged with Child abduction and Kidnap. When a mother does the same against the father of the children, there are NO laws to stop her from doing this. As a result, many good fathers suffer depression, anxiety and emotional stress that can lead to loss of work, self harming and even suicide. In short, it has a devastating effect on us all.

Children NEED and deserve to have BOTH parents in their lives, the balance needs to be equal. Fathers should not be punished and branded and made to feel inadequate because a relationship with their former partner has deteriorated.

We are honest fathers, not drunks, drug users, nor ‘deadbeat’. All we want is to share in the upbringing of our children, be part of their lives, and have it enforced when our children are held against us as if for ransom.Study: Children Of Divorce Undergo Less Stress Living With Both Parents

Emotional Abuse Warning Signs - 2015 Children of divorced parents suffer less stress if they spend time living with BOTH Parents…

Real Dads Embracing Non-Violence“And so, while our federal government escalates its military involvement around the globe, soldiers are returning to empty homes, child alienation and felony support warrants. I was able to save the life of one such victim from attempted suicide at a parenting convention we sponsored in 2011, but the unsuccessful instances are more telling, see i.e. Purple Heart’s Final Beat, Second Class Citizen.Org (2009).

Father discrimination may be the convenient scapegoat for politicians seeking to advance themselves, but as President Calvin Coolidge is quoted: “A country which forgets its defenders will itself be forgotten.” This message resonates as well with our domestic defenders. Virtually all responders on 9-11 were men entitled to equal treatment under the law. Yet an unpublicized number of fathers became eternally separated from their children and families without any changes to these laws as construed and enforced by our courts.”

Welcome to Leon Koziol.Com

Dear Sylvester Stallone:

We enjoyed your movie series “The Expendables.” This open letter builds upon that theme by alerting you to a real life story involving “expendables” in our nation’s domestic relations courts. I refer of course to good fathers relegated to that lower class of citizen known as a “non-custodial parent” and made to exercise an archaic form of parenting known as “visitation.” Such an exercise is more appropriate for prisons and funerals, not children and families.

An insidious trend continues to develop across our country whereby fit and loving fathers are marginalized, alienated and even removed from their children’s lives in order to feed a trillion dollar government industry. This industry thrives on orchestrated conflict, needless litigation and federal incentive grants that reward judges, lawyers and our state governments based on the number and magnitude of child support orders manufactured in these courts. Such orders are dependent…

As you know, I have a very stressful job helping Fathers with their cases as I’m exposed to many of their trials and tribulations. Just so you know, I’ve sought some hypnotherapy from Sondra and Larry and learned how to deal with the stresses of my job in a much better, productive, way. Actually, it was like a load of bricks off my shoulders for the first time in years.

Then I thought, hey “you” may be interested in learning how to deal with the stresses of what you’re going through; learning now to better deal with the X, child support collection, custody, visitation challenges and the family court system itself.

In any event, I’ve arranged a totally free consultation for you if you’re interested with Sondra or Larry in which they will assess your problems, your goals and current challenges and tell you what they may be able to do for you. You can do it or not; but, at least you’ll know.

All I can tell you is this, for years I suffered from the stresses in my own personal case and my X, as well as, Fathers calling me from all over the world with their problems. You see, I’m a very empathetic person and often internalize and personalize other peoples problems… and I shouldn’t!

Larry and Sondra taught me that.

Today, I’m a different person….and it only took a matter of a few sessions and couple of weeks. It’s “frickin” amazing actually…

Can you imagine learning how to get rid of stress, learn to deal with the X, family court and, quite frankly any problem you have using hypnosis?

    I know, I know… sounds out there…. but it’s not..because it’s really you….your own subconscious helping yourself with Sondra and Larry’s guidance….

Fill out this intake questionnaire that they’ve prepared especially for our group, the National Brotherhood of Fathers’ Rights and they will be in contact. REMEMBER, no cost or obligation.

JUST DO IT… you’ll be glad you did and maybe be like I was and said “wholly shit”…. and I’ve been stressed all these years.
